We were able to celebrate the hard work our team put in on the recently completed “Beer Deck” which overlooks the University of New Hampshire’s football stadium while we cheered on the Wildcats at their last home game of the season. Another successful project completed by our team and another excuse to celebrate!
The University of New Hampshire selected Charters Brothers Construction LLC in 2022 for the construction of a new critical section of campus loop infrastructure. The project, which was completed with no injury or safety violations and on schedule, earned Charters Brothers a 2023 Excellence Award.
We’re thrilled to announce that Charters Brothers is teaming up with Torrington Properties Inc. to construct the new 135,000 SF, 95 unit condominium development located at 80 Constitution Ave. in Portsmouth, NH. This 4-story development will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom units with an open air parking garage below, a lounge, fitness center, entertainment space, outdoor pickleball courts, and a second level amenity deck for the future residents.
Our team had an amazing time at the ABC NH/VT Excellence in Construction Awards Gala last week. Thank you to ABC NH/VT for the recognition, and congratulations to all of the other Excellence and Merit award recipients.
Progress continues at Atkinson Heights with our team recently celebrating yet another critical milestone with the receipt of the Certificate of Occupancy for Building Four.
