We’re pleased to announce that Lucian Greco, who has been on our team as an Assistant Project Manager for the last year, has been promoted to Project Manager. Without hesitation Lucian jumped right in to assist in the management of several projects and has recently stepped in to a leadership role at the Atkinson Heights Development. Aside from his skill and diligence managing projects, Lucian has been a voice for improvement on safety, which we value greatly! Congratulations Lucian!

We’re thrilled to announce that Charters Brothers is teaming up with Torrington Properties Inc. to construct the new 135,000 SF, 95 unit condominium development located at 80 Constitution Ave. in Portsmouth, NH. This 4-story development will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom units with an open air parking garage below, a lounge, fitness center, entertainment space, outdoor pickleball courts, and a second level amenity deck for the future residents. We’re excited for this opportunity to partner with Torrington Properties to bring more housing to the Portsmouth area!

Demolition of the existing Cinemagic movie theater is scheduled to start later in the month with site work and foundations to follow in the new year.

Progress continues at Atkinson Heights with our team recently celebrating yet another critical milestone with the receipt of the Certificate of Occupancy for Building Four. The focus will now shift to fitting out the 32 custom units. Way to go, Atkinson Team!

New Project! Thanks to the Town of North Andover MA for selecting Charters Brothers Construction as their partner on the new North Andover Police carport and storage garage build. Kicking off this summer we’ll be working closely with Meridian Associates, Inc. and Digiorio Associates on the project. The build will include a pre-engineered metal structure on top of concrete footings and walls, which will be architectural concrete, smooth formed, and finished surfaces where exposed. We’ll also be working closely with the town as we focus in on site utilities and drainage, new asphalt paving, and other exciting site improvements.

We’re excited to announce that Charters has been selected as the construction managers for what will soon be known as Hyla Brook Estate, a beautiful wedding venue that will be built in Derry, NH. The modern farmhouse venue sitting back on the 9-acre lot will consists of a 3,360 square foot reception area with an open breezeway, covered patio, and wedding party preparation suites.
