Please take a minute out of your day to watch the progression of an historical renovation we recently completed in Lowell, MA. This late 1800 multifamily home required several structural repairs, reframing, complete electrical, heating and fire sprinkler system upgrades, new windows, roofing, siding, and a complete refresh of the interior finishes. Ready for tenants, this 19 unit apartment complex will provide permanent, supportive housing for individuals experiencing homelessness. We’re honored to have paired with Community Teamwork, Inc and support their initiative to build a better future for those in need.
