Construction at the University can be challenging with unexpected needs and requirements, and Charters was responsive at meeting our needs.

This project involved a significant scope of work to be completed on a tight schedule with no option to extend the completion deadline. This project was located in a residential area of the University and there was no flexibility to finish the project late and not be ready for students to reoccupy the residence halls for the fall semester. Charters was not only able to complete the original scope of work on schedule, but also significant added scope requested by the University.
