Project Manager

Our Project Managers are expected to be proficient in working with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate project management software (formally Timberline). They are expected to have a strong ability to estimate, review and qualify bid proposals, develop subcontractor scopes of work, draft subcontract agreements, develop and update detailed and accurate project schedules in Microsoft Project, process change orders, assist with monthly payment requisitions, and handle typical day-to-day activities of managing a commercial construction project. The ideal candidate for this position must possess a diverse background and knowledge of commercial construction in many arenas and must be a hardworking, honest, self-starting and motivated individual.


We are currently seeking applications for experienced, versatile, commercial construction Superintendents capable of managing projects of varying size, type, and complexity, up to the $35,000,000+ range throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Our Superintendents are responsible for maintaining project schedule, overseeing all aspects of daily onsite activities, coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, quality control, attention to detail, and above all maintaining a safe working environment.  This superintendent should have completed an OSHA 30 training course, possess a Massachusetts Superintendents license, have good computer, communication and organizational skills, along with a solid history of managing successful projects.

Assistant Project Manager

Charters Brothers is searching for an entry-level (or greater) leader with a growth mindset looking to contribute positively to a team environment. The Assistant Project Manager (APM) works directly with the project management team to administer and oversee the on-time completion of projects. The APM role will operate mainly from our corporate office, but will be expected to spend some time on site to provide support to the team and observe progress.
