Jacob Fenter joins our team as Assistant Superintendent

Please help us welcome Jacob Fenter to Charters Brothers as our newest Assistant Superintendent. Jacob, who is originally from North Carolina (and is looking forward to his first New Hampshire winter), started his career as a Trim Carpenter and Crew Leader before he became self-employed as a finish carpenter. In 2021, he took a position as Construction Manager for Lennar, a nationwide residential home builder, where he served as both Project Manager and Field Superintendent, overseeing the complete construction of residential homes and developments.

Jacob’s first assignment with Charters Brothers will be at the Atkinson Heights Development, where we are starting our 4th Building. His background and skillset will help ensure the quality of construction for these high-end luxury condominium units.
