Samuel Marcionek, 2024 Employee of the Year

Our decision to name Samuel Marcionek Employee of the Year was the direct result of the glowing feedback he received from so many of his fellow colleagues who nominated him this year. “Deeply engaged,” “reliable,” “hardworking and talented,” and “a true team leader,” are only a small fraction of the ways his colleagues describe him.

We consider Sam unshakeable in the face of adversity. From the moment he joined Charters Brothers, he has been rock solid. Taking on a challenging projects without a blink of an eye, Sam has been nothing short of consistent and dependable as he continues to manage the largest project this company has ever executed, at an extremely high level.
