Heather Prescott Celebrates 5-Year Anniversary

Today we’re celebrating a big milestone: Heather’s 5-year anniversary with Charters Brothers!

Since joining in 2021, Heather has played a pivotal role in shaping who we are today. Her dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence have made a lasting impact across every corner of our organization.

A former Employee of the Year and recently promoted to Director of Business Operations, Heather oversees a wide range of crucial functions including accounting, AP/AR, contracts, compliance, risk management, and business administration while also driving our HR efforts and even event planning.

Heather has strengthened how we operate at every level, improving existing policies and helping implement new ones. She’s a true cornerstone of Charters Brothers and a big part of what keeps us running smoothly.

We’re grateful to have her on the team. Here’s to five great years, and many more ahead!
