In the Summer of 2019 Charters Brothers successfully completed construction of Lowell Catholics new flagship academic building. As Construction Manager, Charters Brothers worked closely with Gavin and Sullivan Architects, their design consultants and Lowell Catholic to budget and build this 25,000 sf facility.
The new academic building boats a grand foyer, media center, three hundred seat cafeteria and kitchen, faculty kitchen and lounge, student science labs, prep rooms, classrooms, art room and bathrooms.
Much of the construction was completed during the Fall and Spring semesters, while the campus was operational and fully occupied. Because of this the safety of the students, faculty and public remained at the forefront of the planning and execution of the work.
