Approaching his 10‑year anniversary with our team this May, Mike is one of our longest‑tenured employees and a cornerstone of our field operations. Over the years, he has successfully managed some of our most complex, demanding, and high‑profile projects, consistently demonstrating dedication, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Mike’s impact on our company goes far beyond individual projects. He has helped shape our culture, supported the growth of our teams, and played an integral role in the foundation and success of Charters Brothers. In recognition of his leadership and teamwork, he was also the first recipient of our Team Player of the Year Award in 2022.
