Caroline Bullock joins our team as Project Manager

Please help us welcome Caroline Bullock, E.I.T., to the Charters Brothers team as a Project Manager!

Caroline is a Penn State graduate with a B.S. in Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology and also received a Certificate in Construction Management, bringing a strong mix of technical training, field experience, and project leadership.

She began her career as an Assistant Field Engineer and quickly advanced to Project Manager, spending the last several years leading complex structural restoration and engineering projects across the Mid Atlantic market. Her background includes developing project scopes, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing field execution — all with a collaborative, solutions focused approach.

After nearly a decade in Pennsylvania building her education and career, Caroline has returned home to New England, and we’re thrilled to have her expertise and energy on the team.
