Alex Croteau promoted to Project Manager

We’re pleased to announce the promotion of Alex Croteau to Project Manager!

Since joining Charters Brothers in early 2024, Alex has consistently stepped up to take on greater responsibility, including a key leadership role on one of our most demanding and complex projects to date. His dedication and contributions were recognized by his peers when they named him our 2025 Employee of the Year.

Alex has also been a driving force behind our technology modernization, writing standard operating procedures and helping teammates get up to speed on new systems. He has also played an integral role in rolling out our NavVis MLX laser-scanning capabilities.

In his first assignment as Project Manager, Alex will lead a critical GMP warehouse renovation and a 10,000 SF office renovation in Bedford, New Hampshire.
