Annual Team Building Day

Ready. Aim. Teamwork.

Last month our team stepped off the jobsite and into the woods for our Annual Team Building Day at AG Paintball in Weare, NH.

In construction, deadlines and schedules can easily take over. That’s exactly why we make time to step away from the work and focus on the people doing it. A morning of strategy, communication, and a few well-placed shots does more for a team than any meeting ever could.

The trust we build out here is the same trust that shows up on every project we deliver.

Thank you to the AG Paintball crew for hosting us, and to everyone who brought their A-game. Here’s to 20 years of building teams, building relationships, and building excellence.
