With honesty and integrity leading the way, brothers Brad and Adam Charters came together in 2005 and founded Charters Brothers Construction — a construction manager, general contractor, and design leader located in Danville, New Hampshire. Charters Brothers Construction specializes in a broad range of sectors including commercial, institutional, multi-family residential, and infrastructure. We pride ourselves on hard work, strong family values, and time-tested traditions. Our goal is to guide all of our project teams with best practices and provide consistent and reliable professional services, ensuring every phase of the project can be thoughtfully executed and the team can collaboratively address the many challenges that can be inherent to the construction process. SAFETY
At Charters Brothers, safety is a critical part of our company culture, and we take great care to ensure an incident and injury free environment. We know safety is an integral piece of the construction process, and is more important than production and quality. The most important measure of project success is ensuring that each and every person on our team and on our work site remains safe.
Plan and Act
Proper planning is required prior to site mobilization. We start each project with site specific logistics plans and ensure all subcontractors are property trained in site specific safety measures and certified to operate site specific equipment. We conduct regular safety meetings on site to make crews aware and educated on all activities and risks associated with their work. We are continuously auditing safety practices with routine and non-routine 3rd party safety inspections and once a project is complete, our project team meets to develop best practices and future areas of improvement.
