Project Manager – Commercial Construction

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our responsible and steady growth. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with experience overseeing commercial, academic, multi-unit residential, retail, medical, and other similar construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Estimate project costs, review and qualify bid proposals, and develop subcontractor scopes of work.
  • Draft subcontract agreements and manage the processing of change orders.
  • Collaborate with accounting on monthly payment requisitions.
  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules in Microsoft Project.
  • Proactively handle day-to-day project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Commercial Construction Estimator

We are seeking to hire either an Estimator or Assistant Estimator to join our team. The final position will be determined based on the experience and skills of the selected candidate.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Identify and secure new bid opportunities.
  • Organize and thoroughly review bid documents.
  • Submit RFIs (Requests for Information) to the design team as needed.
  • Attend pre-bid walkthroughs and site visits.
  • Solicit subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Review and qualify incoming bids, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Tabulate bids and perform detailed take-offs.
  • Prepare comprehensive estimates and review them with the Senior Estimator prior to submission.
  • Facilitate estimate hand-off and review sessions with Project Managers upon award.
  • Support Project Managers in preparing estimates for change orders and project adjustments as needed.

Assistant Superintendent – Construction

Our Assistant Superintendents will take part in maintaining the project schedule, overseeing all aspects of daily onsite activities, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, overseeing quality control, and above all helping to maintain a safe working environment. This person should have completed at least an OSHA 10 training course, have a background in construction through education and/or experience, have good computer, communication, and organizational skills, and be a motivated, well-rounded individual.

Construction Administrative Assistant

The Construction Administrative Assistant is an integral member of the company’s operations team. This individual will work directly with our Business Operations Manager and Administrative Specialist to facilitate accounts payable, accounts receivable, and subcontract compliance as primary roles of this position. This person would report directly to our Business Operations Manager and company Principals.

In this position, you will be responsible for office administrative tasks in support of all construction processes and business operations. To succeed in the role, the candidate must be self-motivated, ambitious, and organized. You must have exemplary communication skills, be detailed oriented, have strong time management skills, and a sense of urgency to deliver on commitments within critical deadlines.
