In the Fall of 2015 Charters Brothers successfully completed construction of the Beach Plum 3 Restaurant in Epping, NH. As Construction Manager Charters Brothers worked with the Owner, TMS Architects and Waterstone Development to design and construct this first class seafood restaurant.

The Beach Plum 3 was constructed Epping’s newest retail development, Brickyard Square and the safety of the public was at the forefront of the planning and execution of the work at all time.

The third and restaurant for entrepreneur Bob Lee boasts 6,000 sf of restaurant space, an outdoor patio with seating for 75, a state of the art cook like, highly polished beach glass concrete floor, an energy efficient building envelope and SIP’s construction, state of the art HVAC and lighting systems. All while maintaining the feel of a New England beach house.
