In the Spring of 2018 Dover Children’s Home selected Charters Brothers as their Construction Manager for a multi-phased interior and exterior renovation to their fully occupied 125 year old historic building in Dover, NH. Charters Brothers worked closely with the Owner, Design Team, and Local Building officials to develop, budget and implement a phased construction plan that met nearly all of Dover Children’s Home needs within their fixed budget while minimizing the impact of construction activities on Dover Children’s Home daily operations.

The end result was a first class renovation, completed on time and under budget.
