In the fall of 2020 Charters Brothers was selected to construct Enterprise Bank’s newest 5,800 sf branch in Londonderry, NH. Teaming with Robert William Hannon Architect and the Bank’s Project Manger, Charters Brothers successfully delivered this project through the winter months and on schedule for a Spring opening.

This high performance building is wood framed with a continuous 3M air vapor barrier system, modular brick veneer, cementitious trim and panels, copper and asphalt roofing, high performance insulation, a VRF HVAC system, and state of the art lighting and emergency backup system.

Enterprise Bank has sustained responsible growth and continues to expand throughout Massachuse4s and New Hampshire. Due to the success of this project and others, Charters Brothers continues to be a trusted contractor for the bank with Londonderry being our fourth ground up partnership with the bank.
