In the Spring of 2020 Charters Brothers successfully completed construction of its third new branch for Enterprise Bank and Trust.

Their newest branch employs cutting edge, energy efficient construction. The branch boasts a continuous air vapor barrier system applied to the buildings exterior, bib and blown exterior wall insulation delivering superior R value, triple pane thermal storefronts and a heat recovery variable refrigerant flow HVAC system. The building is also backed up by a standby generator.
