We are proud to showcase our teams hard work on the recently completed Hyla Brook Estate, New Hampshire’s new, premier wedding / event venue located in Derry, NH near the historic Robert Frost Farm.

Our team worked hand in hand with the Owner and her designers to bring her beautiful venue from concept to completion. Each and every team member worked diligently to ensure every detail was carefully planned and executed to perfection; whether it be the structural insulated roof panel system, the super insulated air tight building envelope, the engineered truss system portraying a timber post and beam resemblance, the polished concrete floors or the design build fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems, no detail was left to chance.

In spite of early delays caused by ledge, our team was able to deliver this stunning 9,405 sq ft. modern farmhouse style venue on it’s 10 acre site in time for the start of Fall 2024 wedding season. It’s main open concept hall is lined with the timber trusses, a cupola, two levels of windows, nickel gap paneling and an overlooking mezzanine off the bridal suite. Auxiliary spaces include a commercial kitchen, bar, offices, bridal/groom suites, restrooms, open breezeway, covered porches, three bay garage with patio space above and an amazing outdoor living space.
