UNH Health and Wellness Center

As Construction Manager we partnered with UNH, Harriman and Health and Wellness to plan, budget and deliver a challenging 21,000 sf multi story fast track renovation and reorganization to the Universities Health and Wellness Center.
The success of this project was directly attributable to an exhaustive pre-constructive effort in the fall followed by a well planned seamless construction phase over winter break.
Work included a new HVAC system, major electrical, fire alarm and fire suppression upgrades. New waiting area, exam rooms and pharmacy as well as a complete renovation to second floor office spaces.
