UNH Watkins Center for Student Athlete Excellence

In April of 2014, the University of New Hampshire selected Charters Brothers as their Construction Manager for the construction of the new Watkins Center For Student-Athlete Excellence and upgrades to the UNH Business Center.

The Watkins Center for Student-Athlete Excellence, located on the second floor of the Field House, supports all students who strive to balance the challenges of representing UNH as students and as Division I athletes. The Business Center is where the majority of the Universities business finance activities are conducted.

The new 15,000 sf center boasts floor to ceiling windows, a 5,000 sf library and study area, a multitude of private rooms which can be used for studying or tutoring, faculty offices, a state of the art HVAC system and a new two stop elevator.
