New Project: Hyla Brook Estate

We’re excited to announce that Charters has been selected as the construction managers for what will soon be known as Hyla Brook Estate, a beautiful wedding venue that will be built in Derry, NH. We look forward to pairing with the owner Kim Livesey and the design team, Granite Engineering, Bruce Ronayne Hamilton Architects Inc, TF Moran, Spacial Design, Perfect Renders, and O’Kane Marketing to bring this beautiful venue to life.

An interesting fact, the name of the estate is derived from a Robert Frost poem, Hyla Brook, and the name of the brook that separates the venue from the historic Frost homestead now serving as a museum.

The modern farmhouse venue sitting back on the 9-acre lot will consists of a 3,360 square foot reception area with an open breezeway, covered patio, and wedding party preparation suites. We’re scheduled to break ground with the clearing of the land in early September and construction is planned to finish in the summer of 2024, in time for the 2024 fall wedding season.
