Paul Creative Arts Center at UNH
Our team is proud to support the comprehensive fire alarm and sprinkler renovation at the Paul Creative Arts Center (PCAC) at the University of New Hampshire. This multi-phase project includes life safety upgrades in the Johnson Theater, Art Wing, and Music Wing, as well as catwalk safety improvements and lighting control modernization. Key goals include replacing the outdated fire alarm system, installing new fire suppression systems, minimizing disruption through phased construction, and enhancing safety and accessibility throughout the facility. With deep experience on campus and a collaborative approach, we’re ready to deliver a safe, seamless renovation while minimizing disruption.
