ABC NH/VT Membership Tour

Many thanks to Jen Beach for her recent visit to Charters Brothers Construction LLC for the next stop on her ABC NH/VT membership tour! Jen met with Adam Charters, Heather Prescott, Michael Bean, Amanda Wolf, and Katlyn Beaulieu, along with ABC NH/VT’s Manager of Education and Workforce Development, Steph Marx.
- We had a lively discussion around a hand chiseled boardroom table along with Adam’s dog Finn, who he rescued from Puerto Rico and now official CB office dog. Adam, Heather, Amanda and Alex Croteau, and myself recently finished the Future Leaders in Construction course (FLiC).
- Steph instructed along with Jennifer L. Landon and Dr. Sophia Koustas., an 8 month course that identifies your personal leadership style (DISC) with a series interactive exercises that improve team dynamics through communication skills and techniques applied in class with an ROI project at the end.
- Charters Brothers Construction LLC has remarkable synergy with outstanding team communication delivering top notch quality builds. I experienced this at my visit and also at my job site visit (stay tuned!)
Jen and Steph toured our beautiful new office addition space that includes 3 levels of offices, new spacious boardroom, entertaining area with patio and vaulted ceiling gym with locker rooms.
