GSCA 21st Annual Drive for Hunger Golf Tournament

Charters Brothers was proud to sponsor the Greater Salem Contractors Association 21st Annual Drive Away Hunger Golf Tournament at Atkinson Resort & Country Club. This year we were the fairway sponsor for the 17th hole—which also gave us a great view of one of our projects, the Atkinson Heights development. We’re grateful to support such a meaningful cause and proud to stand alongside our GSCA partners and friends in the effort to help drive away hunger.

CBC Team Building Day 2025!

For one day we hit pause on our projects (with just a few staying open due to critical deadlines) and brought our entire team together for a Team Building Day at Adventurelore in Danville, NH. We’re grateful for the chance to strengthen our bonds and come back to work even more connected, motivated, and ready for the next project.

South Berwick ME Town Hall Historic Restoration

We are proud to have been selected as the Construction Manager for the renovation of the historic South Berwick Town Hall — a building with deep roots in the community. Working in close partnership with the Town of South Berwick and the talented design teams at Oak Point Associates and Lassel Architects, we’re focused on delivering a modern, functional Town Hall that preserves its historic character while reducing overcrowding, decreasing energy use, addressing inefficiencies, and improving accessibility.

UNH Special Olympics

On June 6, our team had the opportunity to volunteer at the UNH Special Olympics—and it was an experience we won’t forget. Together we spent the day with athletes, playing games, setting up crafts, and helping to make connections, when they needed a break between events. It was a day filled with team building, laughter, and a chance to give back to a campus and community we’re proud to support.

May is Preservation Month

May is Preservation Month — a time to celebrate the rich architectural heritage of New England and reflect on how we can work together to protect it for future generations. We’re proud to have contributed to the restoration and preservation of some local historic landmarks.
