PROJECT UPDATE: Building 3 of the Atkinson Heights Development reached its ‘topping off’ milestone in December 2024 and became weathertight shortly after. Siding is ongoing, and weather-sensitive MEP rough-ins have begun. Substantial Completion is expected in Summer 2025.
Thank you to our entire team and their wonderful families for joining us for our annual holiday party. This year the celebration was even more special because it was held at Hyla Brook Estates, a project we proudly completed at the end of last year. We are so grateful to have the time to reflect our accomplishments in 2024, recognize everyone who made significant contributions, and celebrate as a team. Cheers to the year ahead of us!

Sophomores from the Construction Management program at Southern New Hampshire University recently came to visit our Atkinson Heights Project. The job site visit allowed the students to have a deeper understanding of what they have been learning in the classroom and a closer look at the day-to-day operations on a real construction project.
