In the Summer of 2021, Charters Brothers successfully completed the interior build-out of the Collective Studios, New Hampshire’s first Lagree Fitness Megaformer™ studio and premier fitness experience. As Construction Managers, Charters Brothers worked with the Owner and GSD to design and construct this first class fitness studio.

The 4,000 square foot scope included two fitness rooms with specialty lighting, a styling area and locker room, and a reception area with custom mill work and a custom white opal glass window looking into the hot yoga room. The elegant interweaving of the modern surfaces in white were designed to enhance the attractiveness of the simple but effective design.

With consideration for their new neighbors in the Apple Tree Mall in Londonderry, NH, our team modified our construction and demolition work to avoid disruptions and maintain a safe and productive working environment.
