Locker Rooms Renovation

In Fall 2023, Charters Brothers was selected by the University of New Hampshire to serve as Construction Manager for a phased, occupied renovation of the women’s locker room facilities within the UNH Field House.

The project scope included comprehensive upgrades to locker rooms serving women’s athletic programs, improvements to shared bathroom facilities, and a significant electrical infrastructure upgrade serving the entire Field House. The project was carefully phased not only to allow the building to remain operational, but also to align with the athletic calendar of the University’s sports teams — ensuring minimal disruption to team activities and events.

Charters Brothers’ scope included full replacement and modernization of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to enhance performance, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability. We also delivered upgraded finishes, improved privacy features, and custom storage solutions — all aimed at creating a more functional and athlete-friendly environment.
