Nominated by her fellow colleagues, Melanie is recognized for her openness to feedback, her strong support of our third-party CRM safety inspections, and her commitment to continuous improvement. She always approaches safety with a mindset focused on learning, accountability, and building trust across every job site.

Melanie is known for never cutting corners, speaking up when something doesn’t look right, and proactively addressing safety issues with subcontractors — always with a positive attitude. She also takes the time to share inspection insights not only for corrective action, but to recognize good work when it’s earned, helping foster a true culture of safety.

Charters Brothers 20-Year Anniversary!

As we close out 2025 and step into a new year, we’re also celebrating a milestone that means a great deal to us — 20 years in business!

In December 2005, brothers Brad and Adam Charters started with just a few dollars in the bank, an insurance policy, some basic hand tools, and an unwavering determination to succeed. What we lacked in resources, we made up for with work ethic, commitment, and a belief in doing things the right way.

The journey from those early days to where we are now wasn’t always easy. We put in long hours, made tough decisions, and stayed focused on quality and integrity. Nothing happened overnight — but through perseverance and by showing up every single day, we built the foundation of what Charters Brothers has become.

But this milestone isn’t just about how we started — it’s about everyone who helped us along the way. Our incredible team, past and present, whose dedication pushes us forward. Our loyal clients, whose trust, partnership, and support have allowed us to grow year after year.
