Atkinson Heights Update

PROJECT UPDATE: Building 3 of the Atkinson Heights Development reached its ‘topping off’ milestone in December 2024 and became weathertight shortly after. Siding is ongoing, and weather-sensitive MEP rough-ins have begun. Substantial Completion is expected in Summer 2025.

For Building 2, foundations and steel are complete, and the slab-on-deck concrete was placed in January 2025. Framing is underway and will continue through winter, with Substantial Completion targeted for late 2025.
