ABC NH/VT Future Leaders in Construction

Please help us celebrate Adam Charters, Heather Prescott, Amanda Wolf, and Alex Croteau, who recently completed the Associated Builders and Contractors NH/VT Future Leaders in Construction (FLiC) program and earned new certifications in personal and professional development.

The FLiC program is designed to empower participants to grow in self-awareness, sharpen communication skills, and deepen their ability to lead with empathy and impact. It helps people from all backgrounds, learn together, challenge each other, and build leadership skills that strengthen teams and workplace culture.

At the recent graduation ceremony Charters Brothers was also the recipient of the 2025 Annual Safety award for “Zero Cases Resulting in Lost Workdays.” We’re so proud of all our colleagues for investing in themselves and in the future of Charters Brothers.
