South Berwick ME Town Hall Historic Restoration
June 16, 2025
We are proud to have been selected as the Construction Manager for the renovation of the historic South Berwick Town Hall — a building with deep roots in the community. Originally built as a school, later serving as a police station, and now the home of town government, this landmark is set to receive thoughtful, much-needed updates.
Working in close partnership with the Town of South Berwick and the talented design teams at Oak Point Associates and Lassel Architects, we’re focused on delivering a modern, functional Town Hall that preserves its historic character while reducing overcrowding, decreasing energy use, addressing inefficiencies, and improving accessibility.
The project, approved by South Berwick voters in November 2024, is now midway through design, with the 95% documents expected in early September. Our team is actively engaged in pre-construction — refining the design, managing the budget, and preparing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) as we work toward a fall construction start.
We look forward to bringing this project to life — preserving the past while building for the future of South Berwick.
