Ivan McDuffee joins our team as Construction Estimator

Please join us in welcoming Ivan McDuffee to the Charters Brothers team as a Construction Estimator!

Ivan brings over a decade of commercial construction experience, a degree in Architectural/Building Technology, and a career built from the ground up—starting as a carpenter and advancing into roles as Assistant Project Manager and Estimator.

Most recently, Ivan owned a drafting & design firm providing full-service design and preconstruction services. Before that, he was Assistant Preconstruction Project Manager at a local builder, estimating projects up to $30M+. His expertise in preconstruction planning, strong subcontractor relationships, and advanced estimating and design skills make him a great asset to our team.

He’s already hit the ground running since joining us in July, and we’re excited for everything he’ll bring to the team!
