Please join us in congratulating Adam Marquis on his recent promotion to Assistant Superintendent.

Adam began his journey with Charters Brothers as an intern while studying at Western New England University and joined us full-time last July as a Field Engineer. Since then, he has brought a strong work ethic, initiative, and a true team-player mindset to every project.

In 2025, Adam played a major role in managing three significant projects, demonstrating leadership and commitment well beyond his years in the industry. His dedication and consistent effort have helped him grow quickly within the company, and we’re proud to have him on the team.
