Heather Prescott Promoted to Director of Business Operations

We’re proud to announce the promotion of Heather Prescott to Director of Business Operations—the first-ever Director in our company’s history!

Heather joined us with a strong background in insurance, having served as a Commercial Accounts Manager for two major New Hampshire firms. Her expertise has been instrumental in strengthening our compliance and risk management practices.

In her role, Heather oversees critical areas including AP/AR processes, subcontractor compliance, insurance management, and many other vital functions that keep our operations running smoothly.

Her leadership and dedication earned her the title of 2024 Employee of the Year, and this promotion is a testament to her continued impact and commitment to excellence.
