Zach Thibeault promoted to Superintendent.

We’re excited to share that Zach Thibeault has been promoted from Assistant Superintendent to Superintendent.

Since joining our team in January of 2022, Zach has demonstrated nothing but consistent growth, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to our company and projects. He was a key contributor on Sage Portsmouth, and prior to that, Atkinson Heights, where his attention to detail, collaboration, and reliability made a meaningful impact on project success.

This promotion is so well deserved, and we’re proud to see Zach step into this next chapter. Congratulations, Zach—we’re looking forward to what’s ahead.
