She always approaches safety with a mindset focused on learning, accountability, and building trust across every job site.

Melanie is known for never cutting corners, speaking up when something doesn’t look right, and proactively addressing safety issues with subcontractors — always with a positive attitude. She also takes the time to share inspection insights not only for corrective action, but to recognize good work when it’s earned, helping foster a true culture of safety.
