Haley Frazier Promoted to Project Manager

Following more than two years of exceptional service supporting some of our most critical projects in the role of Assistant Project Manager, it gives us great pleasure to announce the promotion of Haley Frazier to the role of Project Manager. In addition to her day-to-day project support role, she has been an indispensable part of adding depth to the fabric of our company culture through marketing and networking outreach. We are extremely grateful to have on our team such a talented and driven individual, and look forward to the great service she will no doubt deliver for our clients in her new role. Julian Linero Hired as New Superintendent

The Charters’ Team is excited to announce the addition of Julian Linero, who is our newest superintendent. Julian brings 10 plus years of construction experience, particularly with semi conductor and pharmaceutical clean rooms. Prior to his career in construction Julian served as a Sergeant in the United State Marine Corps. In his spare time he enjoys coaching baseball, mountain biking and hiking. Julian is excited to join the team, gain new knowledge and contribute to our growing company. Welcome to the team Julian!

Michael Bean Promoted to Vice President of Project Management

We wanted to end the week by sharing some exciting news! Michael Bean has been an integral part of Charters Brothers for the past several years, serving as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and now we’re thrilled to announce his promotion to Vice President, Project Management!

Beach Plum – Tuscan Village Grand Opening

Charters Brothers Construction recently completed a new Beach Plum restaurant located at the Tuscan Village Salem, NH. This was our second ground up project for The Beach Plum and first project at the Tuscan Village. A special thank you to the Tuscan Village team and the Beach Plum for giving us an opportunity to be involved in this amazing local project!

Charters Brothers Selected as Construction Manager on the Upcoming UNH Barton Hall Renovation

The Charters Team is excited to partner with the University of New Hampshire and their design team, The H.L. Turner Group Inc. on the upcoming Barton Hall Cooperative Extension Labs, a 3800 square foot lab renovation scheduled to start this fall and finish by Spring 2022.

Chris Dennis Hired as new Superintendent

The Charters Team is excited to announce the addition of Chris Dennis, who is our newest Superintendent. Chris brings 30+ years of construction experience, working on projects ranging from Life Sciences to Academics to a variety of Commercial/Manufacturing projects to Multi-unit Residential which makes him a great fit for our team.

In his spare time Chris enjoys working on finish carpentry projects and landscaping projects around his home . Chris is excited to start working in the field on Atkinson Heights Building Six, an 80,000sf multi-unit residential project that is currently underway.

Heather Prescott Hired as Business Operations Manager

The Charters Team is excited to announce our newest team member, Heather Prescott, as our Business Operations Manager. Heather brings 12+ years of experience working in the insurance industry with a focus on commercial construction accounts, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, has a superior work ethic, and has previously served on the leadership committee for ABC NH/VT Young Professionals Group.

Heather is a NH native who enjoys spending time with family and exploring NH trails in her spare time. Her goal is to hike all 48 NH 4,000 footers. We’re excited to take another step in the right direction as we continue to make responsible growth and bring in well rounded, experienced people who can contribute positively to our company and culture.

Charters Brothers Sponsors Lowell Catholics Annual Golf Tournament

On Monday June 10, 2019, Charters Brothers was the Premier sponsor of the Lowell Catholic sixth annual Golf Tournament at Merrimack Valley Golf Club in Methuen. The 4-person scramble format tournament teed off at 8 a.m., and concluded with a luncheon buffet at 2 p.m., catered by Simply Elegant Catering. Golfers enjoyed an array of raffles, gift baskets, special hole challenges and course prizes. Money raised directly impact Lowell Catholic students via technology upgrades, clubs, co-curricular activities and campus improvements.
